What is included with my membership?
Your membership gives you access to a global range of over 1100 lounges for a fixed fee of £19.00 GBP / $27 USD per visit per person.
What do I need to pay for?
Your membership is provided to you free of charge as a benefit of being a customer of Regus, you will still need to pay a fee per person per visit of £19.00 each time you use the lounge.
How will I be charged for lounges visits?
You will need to top-up your account with a Visit(s) prior to entering a lounge. This can be done within the DragonPass app or in the Member’s Area of https://www.dragonpassuk.com.
Do I need to book?
No, simply show your DragonPass App to the reception desk at the airport lounge when you arrive. Please note that you may need an additional form of identification to access the lounge such as a passport, driving license or boarding pass.
How many guests can I take with me to an airport lounge?
There is no maximum limit however you will need to ensure you have enough Visits on your membership to cover yourself and any intended Guest Visits. However please be aware that lounges operate their own policies regarding group sizes.
What is included in a lounge visit?
Facilities can vary between each lounge; you can check what is available at each applicable airport lounge by clicking here and using the search function.
What lounges can I use my DragonPass App in?
You can find a full list of available lounges here.
Where can I find the lounges within the airport?
You can find a list of our lounges here. If you click on your selected lounge you will find its location within the airport and the facilities available at the lounge. Lounges are often grouped together in airport terminals and signposted.
Will I receive a physical card?
You will not receive a physical card. However the App version of the DragonPass card works in the same manner and you will receive the same benefits.
How long does my membership last?
Your DragonPass membership will last for the duration of your valid agreement with Regus.
I do not have an iOS or Android Phone, can I still download the App?
Currently the DragonPass app is only available on Android and iOS devices.
